Directions: For children over 3 years of age and adults: 1 tablet daily. Chew the tablet; do not swallow it whole. Do not use as an alternative or substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product contains polyols; excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect.
