Yes, definitely. From my own practice, I can say that patients increasingly place their trust in pharmacists. In the pharmacy, we do not simply sell products; we provide advice. People rely on our education and experience to make the right choice. Professional advice is particularly important for minerals such as magnesium, which are available in different forms and concentrations.
Magnesium is a mineral that is often underestimated, yet it is extremely important for energy, the nervous system and heart health.\u00a0
My advice to patients is not to underestimate the choice of product. The form of magnesium, its bioavailability and its combination with other ingredients all matter.\u00a0

\u00a0How can patients recognise that they may be deficient in magnesium?<\/strong>
