Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, normal immune-system function, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, collagen formation, and the normal function of the teeth, bones, cartilage and blood vessels. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
